For people who might be thinking how’s this music helpful. I have noticed that it helps me stay awake and more concentrated, (note ~ an effort should be made from your end too)
Also I believe that this music is working with the Alpha waves of our brain usually active when we are asleep. a concept I recently stumbled upon in my psychology class.
Also, I am writing this review after stopping my studies.
Now I am going back lol ?

The true secret of this music is that it reduces “internal reading voice” by a considerable amount. Whereas in silence you would read the words in your mind, drastically slowing down your reading speed, and with normal music you would get distracted, with this monotone music your brain is filled up by the frequencies and your internal speech is minimized, making way for pure flow of information to come through. Eliminating the reading voice in your head is essentially the pillar of all speed reading techniques.

Alpha waves are well known to reduce feelings of anxiety and invoke a sense of tranquility, concentration and calm. These waves are often dysregulated in those living with or affected by trauma.

Sometimes dead silent is great for studying, but when I don’t want to hear cars passing by, the wall clock ticking, & my heartbeat thumbing… this music is perfect. The video pic looks amazing. Music sounds great. Got distracted reading comments…..?Let’s go study already!!!

Since I came to university, my mind is in disarray and this type of music helps me to focus, sleep and relax. Without this I wouldn’t be able to learn and take rest during the day and get asleep faster than usual. If I listen to delta waves when I have few hours to sleep, it helps with feeling energised throughout the day.
I wish I could regain control over my sleeping schedule. Getting so less rest affects me even with Alpha and Delta waves.

Yes! Finally a track for us with ADHD who can’t have too much movement in the music or else it becomes distracting. Many other “concentration music” tracks have way too much going on for me to focus deeply on my studies. I also appreciate the minor mode.
